一、雅思口语自我介绍时间

雅思口语11-14分钟的一对一谈话(考生与主考官)。

对谈主题非常口语化、生活化，轻松但也有一定程序，对谈大致上分三小段(不是明显的区分，中间并无间断)。

第1段：会面，寒暄一番，主考官会鼓励(引导考生)多谈谈一般话题(生活作息上、文化习惯上、个人兴趣等等)，考生应勇敢发言(约4-5分钟)。

第2段：主考官抽出一张题卡，卡上写明某话题，考生有一分钟准备时间，之后须根据要求对该话题进行2分钟个人观点阐述(约3-4分钟，包括1分钟准备时间)。

第3段：考官以第二部分所提及的话题与考生进行更深入的双向讨论，或者考官以其他话题与考生进行双向讨论。此阶段讨论内容灵活各异，视情况而定(约4-5分钟)。

三、雅思口语备考时需注意的八个TIPS

tip 1

Practice wherever you can and whenever you can. Any practice is good, whether you speak to someone who is a native English speaker or not.

随时随地练习口语。很多烤鸭们备考的时候总是把口语放在很后面，甚至是要备考前一周才开始看。口语其实是一个积累的过程，大家备考的时候最好能够保证每天都开口说，不一定要练习题目，但是每天一定要开开口。大家都知道，做题是有语感的，口语也如此。我刚开始找不到伴的时候就拉着我的室友我说英文她们说中文，这样也是可以的。大家可以尝试一下。还有就是我原来提过的“自言自语”：比如说我今天晚上的计划是什么。。。我今天干了件什么事，见到什么人特别难忘的(注意时态)

It's important to build your confidence. If possible, use simple English sentence structure that you know is correct, so that you can concentrate on getting your message across.

建立自信很重要。以表达清晰为主，句型多样化为次。语言是用来交流的，所以一句话应该以交流为目的。在回答考官的问题的时候也是同理。这点又可以引申出来，考官问什么就答什么，不要跑得很偏的去答之前背过的东西。适当的迁移是思维活跃的体现，但是过分的迁移以至于不在主线上，考官是肯定会不爽的(类比你跟一个人说话的时候，同伴只顾自己说自己的，完全不管你的情况。)

Try to experiment with the English you know. Use words and phrases you know in new situations. Native English speakers are more likely to correct you if you use the wrong word than if you use the wrong grammar. Experimenting with vocabulary is a really good way of getting feedback.

大胆运用所掌握的词汇，不要过分拘泥于语法。这是一个很好的跟老外交流的方法。很多人反映外教只会让你be natural，这是因为他跟你没什么好说的，不要让老外纠正你整段的问题，给你提供答题思路神马的，这个老外肯定不如中国的老师。可以让他提一些具体的让语言更native的建议。

Try to respond to what people say to you. You can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language. Respond to them in a natural way.

透过身体语言理解对方意思并作出回应。考试的时候考官不会有什么body language的，但是这不代表他不能感受你的body language，可以适当的加上表情，手势来表达自己的观点。相信大家平常说中文的时候也不会什么手势都木有吧

Try not to translate from or into your own language. This takes too much time and will make you more hesint.

尽量避免翻译。有英语思维，这个其实挺难做到的，不过可以训练。多说多练会有提高的。

说到hesitant的问题，纠正大家一个看法，就是说的越快越好，然后自己一旦卡壳自己就会很紧张。其实大可不必这样子。流利度这个因素是指的整体的感觉。注意停顿的时候保持意群的完整性，因为内容的停顿是绝对允许的，而且就算是英语国家的人在想内容的时候停顿也是很正常的，大家不必过于焦虑这个问题。

tip 6

If you forget a word, do what native English speakers do all the time, and say things that "fill" the conversation. This is better than being completely silent. Try using um or er, if you forget the word.

遇到不知该如何表达的时候，用一些常用词表示自己正在思考。这个。。。好吧，you know其实应该是中国考生惯用的拖时间的方法了。大家也可以积累一些常见的表达自己在思考的句子，比如说This is greek to me. 或者是刚开始的Whenever I was asked to talk about ... the first thing that has come to my mind is ....之类的。um... er...这个在考试中还是尽量避免吧~但是还是比大段留白的时间好。

tip 7

Don't speak too fast. It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English. But if you speak too fast, it will be difficult for people to understand you.

语速不要过快。这个基础好的烤鸭容易犯，一紧张就说的特别快。对于这一类的烤鸭，我建议你们在平常可以把自己的答案录下来，自己听，如果你觉得你的语速已经快到影响自己听懂了，如果你觉得在你现有的语速下出现了很多不正确的吞音。请一定一定要训练自己放慢速度，并且在之后的练习中习惯这个慢速。

Try to relax when you speak. When you speak English at a normal speed, you will discover that most of the pronunciation skills, such as linking between words, will happen automatically.

说话时尽量放松，让发音流利顺畅。这个就是外教说的be natural的根源啦。在各种技巧之上，心态灰常滴重要。把考官当做一个闲扯的伙伴对考试是非常有帮助的
