一、托福口语历年真题

2019年8月新托福后，独立口语将之前的Task 2 转正为Task 1 之后，独立口语的话题变长，题型变化较多、出题角度新颖、难度浮动大。

二、托福口语高分模板

口语备考中,每天一点点地积累了不少托福口语练习题以及相应的口语模板是很有必要的, 很多同学会担心如果模板的结构很明显，被考官听出来是背过的怎么办?

首先，大家要明确的是模板只是分清楚了你说话的思路和结构，即让答题的逻辑更加清楚。

其次，真正拿分的重点说话的内容，也就是需要同学们学会把正确的内容放到这个结构里。

模板好比建筑的蓝图，只起一个规定方向性的作用，真正运用到实际的是同学们的口语表达和内容。不同的人会有不同的内容，所以模板的痕迹并不会很明显。

总之灵活的处理，当场的表现才是托福口语高分的不二法门。

下面我们就是否喜欢在外面餐厅吃饭的话题给出例子，供大家参考：

I have a pretty hectic life, so I guess having dinner in a restaurant is definitely a better choice for me.I can show you why it’s a mission impossible. I got off work every day probably sometimes between 7 and 8. If I want to have dinner at home, I’m going to have to spend 1 hour buying food materials in the grocery store, and probably another 1 hour cooking — I’m a terrible cook, by the way. So when I’m done cooking, it’s around 10. I seriously doubt that I still want to eat, not just go to bed or something。

我生活节奏非常快，所以在外面吃晚饭通常是个不错的选择。我没办法在家吃晚饭的原因是通常都会晚上七八点下班。如果我在家吃的话，我通常花费一个小时在超市买食材，在花一个小时做。而且我做饭很差。所以等我做完了就差不多十点了。我很怀疑自己那时候是不是还有胃口。或者想直接睡觉了。

三、托福口语考试注意事项

1.建议考前晚上10点前睡觉。 

2.考试必带二代身份证+带准考证(提供考场号)。

3.考试当天早上8点30前必须到场，晚于8点30到场将被拒绝入场。

4.除身份证件之外，任何个人物品都不允许带入考场。考场里会提供草稿纸和铅笔。

5.考试持续4个小时，早饭吃饱才有体力。

6.阅读和听力考完有十分钟休息，可以上厕所以及补充体力，建议吃一些高热量并且能快速转化成血糖的食物，如德芙、士力架、香蕉等，饮料可以是纯净水、佳得乐或者红牛等。不建议喝太多，100ml左右，避免出现考试中间想上洗手间的情况。

7.考试结束之后会提示问你是否取消这次考试成绩，不要选择cancel键。

8.考场纪律必须遵守，不能使用手机。如果使用手机被考官发现轻则取消本次考试成绩，重则禁考6-12个月。

9.考场遇到停电或者机器故障不要自己擅自处理，报告考场的监考老师处理。

10.建议戴手表。
